Hello All,

Finally a reason to poast at the new digs.

Played 2 maps last night on the poop rig (old rig plus Z's generous 9800gt card). HIT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Little jerky - thought I successfully made the switch to low settings but started it up today to find on medium, so maybe not.

So far it doesn't look promising for the Dell Dimension 8400.

(not a big surprise, its from '05)

You should be able to play with medium setting with a 9800GT. I'm using a 8800GT (but have a Q9550 as a cpu) and get between 50-75fps in 1920x1200 on medium settings. However, I have set the DXVersion to 9 which has helped a lot. You can also turn off or lower individual graphic settings in your settings.ini file.

I hope to be seeing you in squad soon so I may continue whoring medic points.

Atleast your old rig runs the game. I managed to fuck up my current rig so bad it can barely play BF2.
