I'm an Xbox fanboy myself, but on this particular point you are right, the Xbox 360 controler blows donkey chunks. It is very hard to press both trigger buttons at the same time, and I get hand cramps when I play for very long.

Not if you have huge hands. I'm one of the few people that didn't mind "The Duke" original X-Box controller. I even liked the idea of the "boomerang" prototype for the PS3, as it kinda looked like it would fit well in my hands.

xbox live is a damn good service though. plus, everyone has a headset, which has its ups and downs, but definitly adds a bit of life and vibrancy to it. ps3 online is like playing with mute zombie hordes, bar a few who decided to get a headset. at least in my experience

Depends what game I suppose. I have always come up with players using headsets. Then again, most of the time I wish I didn't. They are all between 12-16 and it is less painful to stab out my eardrums with an icepick than listen to them. I can't even imagine what its like on the ExBawks with MW2 or Halo.
